Luxe Perfume Paradise care about our product and the shopping experience of our Customer. We want to ensure and maximize our Customer satisfaction when they shop with us. Hence, we allow and guarantee that our Customer can initiate their good return/exchange within 7 days upon they receipt the shipment.
Below are the term and condition for good refund/exchange
1. All returns must be initiated within 7 days starting from the day the good is received.
2. All returns must not be opened and in good/re-sellable condition.
3. Returns must be sent back using the same packaging as it was originally received.
4. Returns must be returned in good and re-sellable conditions.
5. Refunds/exchange may not be applicable if good was unable to return to us within 14 days starts from the day refunds/exchange have initiated.
6. If it was a FREE delivery when ordered, a domestic charge of $10.00 or appropriate oversea delivery fee will be deducted from the refund or re-delivery.
7. Customers shall bear the shipping cost for all returns merchandises.
How to initiate the refund/exchange with us?
1. Send an email indicating clearly on refund/exchange under “subject title” to admin@Luxeperfumeparadise.com and stated the order number and reasons in the email content to you send to us.
2. Upon receiving your email, our service staff will inform you on the return address.
3. You shall then send the return to the indicated return address within 14 days and provide us with the shipment number.
4. Once your return reached us and validated by our service staff in good condition and original packaging, your refund/exchange request will be processed.
5. If your request is a refund, a credit will initiate to your credit card within 7 days. Another duration (depend on your credit card company) may take by the credit card company to process and apply this credit back to your account.
6. If your request is an exchange, our service staff will process it within 3 working days upon receipt your return. Shipment fee (refer to Pricing Table for Courier Services ) will bound by Customer for this delivery.

One of our extreme important services to our customer is to assure our customer can receive their order promptly and in good condition. A hazard Free Delivery Service^ will be provided to our value customer with minimum spend apply in a single transaction. The normal delivery service will take 3-4 working days. Nevertheless, express delivery service within same working day is available with a small fee applies.
^ $8.00 delivery charge applies for local shipment on any order < $50. For order > $50, we are happy to deliver it FREE within Singapore. Order required to ship to overseas, a small fee will be charge to cover portion of the oversea shipment fee, you may refer to the Courier Services Pricing Table for details.
